My 2 ¢: Watching Glass Shatter by James J. Cudney

Watching Glass ShatterFirst off, author James J. Cudney is super passionate about his fans and their feedback of his book. I happened upon Watching Glass Shatter in my goodreads feed and followed the author on social media – here I found him to be personable, relatable and utterly humble.

Watching Glass Shatter could be the start of a new soap opera: move over General Hospital, Young & the Restless, Days of Our Lives…there is a new game in town. I’m calling it: The Glass House. Matriarch Olivia Glass would certainly give Erica Kane a run for her $$

The Glass family loses their patriarch and during his will reading his wife is rocked with a family secret that could cause more damage to an already fragile family dynamic. Although Olivia, the matriarch, does not realize the fragility of her family, she spends time with each son and learns that they each have been keeping their own secrets. What we experience in the book is the journey Olivia takes to repair her family and accept her new role as head of the Glass family.

The author did a great job of building an interesting story line. There may have been a few bumps in the execution, but you couldn’t help but love some of the characters. My favorite characters were Ethan and Caleb, you will see why if you read this book.

If you also read this book, let me know!  Would love to hear what you thought.
