I thought it was a clever, well crafted read. It is easily devoured and can be read in one to a few sittings. Try putting this one down once you start…it will be super hard to not keep turning the page!

A serial killer plus sibling rivalry at its finest. Ayoola kills and Korede cleans up the mess. But, when Korede’s work crush has his eyes on Ayoola, whose side will Korede protect?!

Got a weak stomach and the title scare you a bit?! Me too but don’t fret: the focus is less on the blood and killing and more about Korede being the protective older sibling. Korede totally was giving me Dexter vibes, she knows how to clean up.

“Sharp as nails and full of deadpan wit, Oyinkan Braithwaite has written a deliciously deadly debut that’s as fun as it is frightening.” – quote from the Goodreads synopsis

If you haven’t read this 5 star gem, I recommend that you do!
